Who Experiences Garden Sauna Denver?

Garden Sauna Denver is open to all individuals aged 18 and older, provided they have completed a liability waiver. Mindbody app members are able to book through Mindbody as well. 

What Do You Need for a Garden Sauna Denver Wood-Fired Sauna and Cold Plunge Experience?

We highly recommend bringing:

  • A water bottle

  • A towel

  • Indoor sandals or flip-flops for the sauna area

When Should You Arrive for Your Reservation?

We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your reservation time to ensure a smooth and relaxing transition into your urban oasis. Late arrivals may result in a late cancel and your spot given to a waitlist.

Where Do You Enter to Access Garden Sauna Denver?

Our entrance is shared with Rooted Heart Yoga Studios. Please enter through 1409 N Ogden St, where a staff member will greet you. Parking is available on the north side of the building.

To book a reservation:

  1. Visit our website and click on the “Book Now” option.

  2. Create a MindBody account, sign the liability waiver, and select your reservation.

  3. Opt-in for notifications to stay updated on last-minute availability or additional information.

  4. Mindbody users can find us directly on the app!

How Do I Locate Garden Sauna Denver?

We are located at 1407 N Ogden St within the Rooted Heart Yoga dance studio. For assistance, call us at 720-418-0448.

What Is the Changing Room Situation?

  • A private changing nook and a communal changing area with cubbies are available.

  • For convenience, arrive in your swimwear with a robe, oversized sweater, or jacket to throw on.

What Apparel Do I Need for a Comfortable Experience?

  • Swimwear Only (no undergarments)

  • Sandals (to walk between areas)

  • A personal hand towel (for sweat)

  • A sauna hat (optional but recommended)

  • A water bottle for hydration

We recommend removing all metal jewelry like necklaces and dangling earrings before entering the sauna as they will be very hot to the touch. No water bottles in the sauna, please limit them to lounge and cold plunge area

How Many People Fit in the Sauna at Once?

Our sauna comfortably accommodates 8 people. Sessions are not private, so you may share the space with others.

How Does It All Work?

  1. Create a MindBody account to view available reservations.

  2. After selecting a reservation, search for a $19 first-time booking.

  3. If you'd like to bring someone along, they will need their own MindBody account to book the same time slot.

  4. To share a class pack with another person, call the studio, and our staff will set up a shared profile.

  5. If you are a Mindbody member, you can book through the app.

What Is the Cancellation Policy?

  • More than 3 hours before your reservation: No charge, and you can rebook with the same class pass.

  • Within 3 hours of your reservation: A $5 cancellation fee applies, but you will retain your class pass.

  • No-Call/No-Show: A $5 fee will be charged, and the class pass will be forfeited.

What Does It Mean If a Slot Is Unavailable?

An unavailable slot indicates that 8 participants have already registered for that time. You may be added to the waitlist, if a spot opens up, you'll be notified via text/or email.
