For those exploring Capitol Hill or nearby neighborhoods, we are conveniently located at the corner of 14th and Ogden.
Walk to the Rooted Heart Yoga Studio entrance at 1409 Ogden St—you’ll find the number displayed above the glass door.
A helpful tip: if you see green stairs, you’ve walked too far! Turn back and look for the glass-door entrance with “1409” at the top.

How Do I Arrive via Public Transportation?
We’re proud to be easily accessible by Denver’s public transit system.
From the Colfax and Downing bus stop (served by both Limited and Regular Stops), it’s less than a 2-minute walk to our entrance.
Start by walking toward the Ogden Theatre and continue onto 14th Ave.
As you pass the 7-Eleven and a parking lot entrance ramp, you’ll come upon a charming green stoop. Right next to it, you’ll see a building entrance marked 1409 Ogden St—that’s us!
